Welcome to this beautiful one-bedroom studio flat.
We offer a modern-designed flat with the comfort you would expect from home.
The location is just perfect because it is placed very close to the main attractions (20-25 minutes by public transport to reach the Basilica, Heroes Square, etc.). This is what you need for your stay in a calm environment with a rooftop terrace in the building and a panoramic view of the Buda side of the city.

This apartment features a centralised heating and cooling heat pump system managed by the building management (heating: mid-Oct to Apr/May, cooling: May/June to Sept/Oct – dates may vary). It includes one bedroom and one bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster for preparing meals. Enjoy the private balcony, along with a coffee machine, wardrobe, and flat-screen TV. The unit offers one bed.

Based on the Hungarian Government Law, every guest must send a photo of the ID/passport before their arrival, to be registered on the Hungarian government website.
For comfort and energy efficiency, please always keep the temperature between 21.5–24°C (70–75°F) year-round. In summer, keep all doors closed and ventilate only in the early morning or late at night, when it's much cooler. No portable heaters or fans are provided. Thank you for helping us use energy efficiently!

Modern apartment not far from city center

This apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator, which we appreciated. This is basicly the size of a hotel room with a kitchenette, adequately furnished for a short stay. Storage is minimal, which was OK for us. Front door security was very helpful as we did have some issues with the underground parking. Would have liked 1 extra chair in the sitting area. The chair that is there takes up too much room, we both tripped on the chair legs that flare out. Aliz, our host, was great with communication!
