The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a double sofa bed that can accommodate up to 6 guests. There is also a dedicated desk for those who need to work remotely during their stay. The modern décor and quality finishes create a sophisticated and relaxing environment.



The fully equipped kitchen presents a modern and functional concept, practically open to the living room, and can be closed through elegant sliding glass doors. Ideal for preparing family meals without losing the connection to the social area.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Key left inside the lock.

• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
