About this property

Home in Sunny Morecambe

You will find this property comfortable and spacious. The dining table seats up to ten people. The property is situated very close to the seafront. It is perfectly located to explore all Morecambe has to offer. In addition you are moments away from local shops , pubs and eateries. Whether you're here for leisure or business we are delighted to welcome you. There is free on-street parking and the property benefits from free Wi-Fi and two smart TV's, both have Netflix & one has Sky Entertainment.
The space
The ground floor is open-plan and has a comfortable lounge area for working or watching TV. There is also a dining area which can seat ten people. This leads on to a kitchen which has a five ring induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. At the rear of the property is a small yard.

The first floor has the benefit of an additional front room as well as a bathroom with bath. There are two bedrooms on this floor,
one has a small double bed and the next bedroom has a double bed.

The 2nd floor benefits from three bedrooms, one having two single beds. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and the third bedroom also has a double bed. This floor has a dressing table with a hairdryer in the hall. The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in-shower.

Please note that the house is over three floors as it is a standard Victorian property. There are steps on each floor therefore this will be an issue if you have mobility issues.

Please note no pets /smoking check in 3- 8pm check out by 10am

It was a great stay at this house. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, showing that the host had thoughtfully arranged all the facilities. The house is in a very good location, less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. Marie, the host, was very friendly and clearly introduced us to interesting nearby attractions and restaurants. We truly enjoyed the trip.

This property is amazing. We would highly recommend to others. It was unbelievably clean and well set out. Kitchen fully equipped for 4 adults and 2 children. This included plastic cups and plates for the children. Check in was really easy and we were greeted by the owner for hand over. There is a parking space to the side of the property which was perfect. Positioning was perfect for us with a 5 minute walk to the sea front.
