Large three bedroom Apartment w/ Garden near Beach
Bright and spacious ground floor apartment with private entrance and beautiful garden. Open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and bi-fold doors opening onto the sunny garden, ideal for al fresco dining or a glass of wine after a day on the beach.
Centrally located, with easy access to all the beaches, bars and restaurants. The train station is a 15 minute walk and there is plenty of free on street parking available.
The apartment is all on one level with rear access, ideal for families and anyone with limited mobility.
Guests have full and exclusive use of the apartment and garden.
Please note that the apartment does not back onto the train line (as the map location might suggest) and there is no noise from the trains at any time.
There is plenty of free on street parking available. The driveway is not for guest use as it is owned by the apartment upstairs.
The apartments has super comfy Emma Mattress`s, Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy hotel quality towels and complimentary toiletries.
Please note that although we don`t allow pets, we do make exceptions for guide dogs and emotional support animals, therefor we can not guarantee that the apartment will be suitable for guests with pet allergy. If in doubt please ask.
As the apartment is in a quiet residential area, parties are not permitted and we do ask guests to observe the quiet times in the house rules. There is a Minut decibel reader fitted in the lounge area to monitor noise levels (please note the Minut only records levels, it is not a listening devise and does not record conversations or other sounds)
Guests will receive access to our exclusive digital guest guide, which includes recommendations for local restaurants & activities.
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it`s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence. Specifically, between the hours of 11pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
