Villa São Tiago building was recently renovated with the maximum comfort of our guests in mind.
The owner's goal was to provide a cozy retreat for our guests.
Villa São Tiago is located in Funchal, just 2 minutes away from Barreirinha beach and plenty of restaurants.
The famous Zona Velha with a huge range of local shops, is just a 5-minute walk away.
Our guests will easily find supermarkets and local shops nearby.
The entire city can be explored on foot, and our guests will find restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops, and even the famous historic center and its beauty.
Villa São Tiago is the perfect place for that fantastic holiday you are looking for!
For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we do not provide condiments.

A surcharge of €40 applies for arrivals after 21h.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Private parking is available at a location nearby.
Reservations are mandatory and must be made in advance and upon availability (before the arrival day).
The daily parking cost is 5€ per day.

City Hall Fee: 2€ per guest, per night, to be paid by bank transfer before the day of check-in.
Please note that all bookings from October 2024 onwards will be subject to this fee.
