This modern open-plan style apartment is composed as follows :

-The living area is an open space that includes a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests, and a smart TV for entertainment and relaxation.

-Modern Kitchen equipped with the essentials.

-Bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, toilet and bidet. It is designed with a modern style and includes towels, hair dryer and other essentials for your comfort.

-Pool Access: Descending the stairs, guests have easy access to a spectacular swimming pool.



PLEASE NOTE

-The flat is entirely for the exclusive use of guests.

- Swimming pool for exclusive use on request.

- Independent apartment entrance with upper area and exclusive pool access.

- Reserved area for the owners of the ground floor flat with garden.



A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to check-in online; they will be asked to enter all the details of each guest, sign the tourist rental contract, pay the deposit and settle the tourist tax.

To access the property, you must complete the online check-in prior to arrival.

A deposit of €200 will be required. Two days after the check-out the amount will be refunded automatically on the card unless there will be obvious damage to the property.
