With 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 individual beds, capacity for 4 people, 2 bathrooms, the master bathroom with shower and the other with bath, fully equipped kitchen and living room with access to the terrace overlooking the sea.

A residential with few neighbours, decorated with an outdoor swimming pool and a beautiful garden to always be in contact with nature and the sea.

It is in the second floor of a gate community without lift.

From the urbanization you have direct access to the beach and the beautiful and easy walking Sendero del Litoral, a 6 km walk along the Mediterranean coast.

In Calahonda you can find El Zoco with a supermarket and nice restaurants like in the nearby area of Riviera del Sol and Miraflores.

Along the beach both towards east and west you find a variety of restaurants and beach clubs such as Max Beach and El Oceano and many typical Spanish chiringuitos.
