New apartment located on Gandía beach, just a few meters from the beach. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with spacious wardrobes. There are two full bathrooms, one of which is ensuite and includes a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) and a work surface open to the living room. The very spacious living room has a dining table and a large sofa for 4 people, a full HD TV, air conditioning in all rooms, and Wi-Fi internet access for working.
It features a large terrace with beautiful views of the complex's pool. Within this spacious complex, there is a large pool with a garden area, a paddle tennis court, and a children's playground. Located just a few meters from the beach, in the heart of Gandía beach, a beach of exceptionally well-maintained, fine white sand.
A private parking space is available.
