This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with a TV, (2) kitchenettes (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, mini fridge, microwave), a small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals, and (2) bathrooms. This property also comes with a well-sized balconies with community view and can accommodate 10 up to 12 guests.

There is a government city tax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per

person, per night.

Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property

applies to a maximum of 4 people only and adjusted to €50 per person from the

5th person onwards (payment by card).

WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights

stay) and not applicable for a 28 nights stay and above.

Parking is available on the street.

Paid washing machine is available on the lower ground floor.

No daily cleaning for the unit or changings of linens.

Monthly rates from 28 nights and above between January and December are

paid in advance at the property on arrival.
