4 star holiday home in VARBERG-By Traum

A lovely holiday home with a very good location, only 400 m from Apelviken's fine beach. A well-planned cabin with all amenities on a small surface. From the terrace and conservatory you have a view of the lovely bathing cove. Facing the house's entrance is the bathroom, which has a shower and washing machine/dryer. The master bedroom has a double bed. Another bedroom has two single beds and one has a single bed. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small dining area. The cabin's living room is spacious with comfortable sofas and a large, modern TV (no channels) with chromecast. From here you come out to a large, beautifully glazed conservatory with a large dining table and seating furniture. Outside the sliding doors you have a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Apelviken is one of Northern Europe's best windsurfing beaches with an established surfing culture. As soon as the wind permits - and the ice is not lying - the enthusiasts are out and the sea surface is filled with sails. You are close to several nice summer restaurants by the sea. The nice beach promenade takes you all the way to Varberg. An electric train runs from Apelvikens Holiday Resort/Camping, along the promenade into the city centre. Varberg is a popular destination with the medieval castle Varbergs Fästning as an important landmark. In Varberg there is Halland's cultural history museum, which is known for the Bockstensmannen. In the city there are theaters, a cinema and a large number of concerts are given in summer. Many appreciate Varberg for its cozy little streets with good shopping. Fun little shops, market stalls every Wednesday and Saturday and in the harbor below the fortress a row of arts and crafts stalls. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous birding areas. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café here. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest is Varbergs S Gk.
