Check-in and location were great! Communication with the host was easy and they were quick to respond to all messages. I especially loved the giant bath towels. We would stay there again.

Nice apartment in the center of Florence, would give 5 stars but the air-conditioning leaked and it was not remedied, floor was wet and the drip sound was annoying.

The apartment is in an excellent location, within walking distance of many of Florence’s main historical attractions, shops, and restaurants. It made exploring the city very convenient without needing public transportation for most activities.The apartment itself was comfortable and well suited for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and provided plenty of room for luggage and personal belongings.The beds are configured as double beds, but they can be separated into twin beds if requested in advance, which is a useful option for families or groups of friends traveling together.Overall, this is a comfortable and conveniently located apartment that serves as a good base for visiting Florence and its major attractions.

A great location and size of apartment was good. A few things for future travelers:1. Only 1 set of keys which makes it very difficult.2. Shower heads not working properly despite my request. This would appear to be an ongoing issue!3. Beds are not very comfortable and some pillows very thin.4. Dishwasher was very difficult to deal with and would constantly make beeping sounds despite best efforts to fix.

Beautiful stay in Florence

The location is perfect, right near so many beautiful sites. Surrounded by endless options of restaurants and shopping, it was lovely. The property is so close to the train station which was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Florence and can’t wait to come back.Our apartment was excellent and meet all our expectations.Only one small request: please provide an extra set of keys or better yet, install lock with a key pad.

Great location

Overall our stay was fine. Place could use some updating. The shower head was very loose and flopped around. Keys were very hard to use to get in the doors had to jiggle them a lot to get them to turn. Location was great and close to most things.

2 nights in Florence

Location was great. Located a short walk from train station and close to many points of interest. We were told we needed to pay extra city tax per night per person that was not disclosed in the description, would have been nice to know process ahead of time. Beds were not very comfortable. There was air conditioning but not be of the units leaked in n the first day. Wall was stain and paint was peeling off so not the first time this had happened. Had to use one of our bath towels to dry floor reported this to owners and asked for additional towels. Was told they would bring over the next morning and never received them them.

Mooi, ruim appartement. 2 slaapkamers met aparte badkamer, ruime kamer en keuken. Appartement ligt centraal tussen Centraal station van Florence en de Duomo.
