On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, furnished with a dining table and a digital television, creating an ideal space for relaxation and shared meals. Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table, making it perfectly suited for preparing meals at any time of day. A Nespresso-compatible coffee machine is also available, with capsules provided as an extra. The ground floor also features 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a bathroom with a bath and shower.
