Adjacent to this space is a room furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, which also benefits from access to the terrace and swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the same level and is designed for convenience and practicality. A separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and features a private shower and WC as well as access to a balcony. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
