Would you like to enjoy a beautiful, private villa with stunning sea and mountain views? We have the perfect place for you! Villa Etoile is located on a 1.300 sq m plot in a quiet gated community, right in the middle between Málaga and Marbella.

The house has four bedrooms and a sofa bed, and can accommodate 10 people.
- Bedroom 1: access to a sea view terrace overlooking the garden, a 180 x 200 cm double bed, en-suite bathroom (with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a double washbasin and a WC), wardrobe, drawers & air condition.
- Bedroom 2: access to a terrace overlooking the sea, day bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe & air condition.
- Bedroom 3: access to a French balcony overlooking the garden, a 180 x 200 cm double bed, wardrobe & air condition.
- Bedroom 4: window overlooking the garden, two single beds (90 x 200 cm), air condition and drawers.
The house has a living-dining room with a 60" Smart TV, a sofa bed, and a beautiful dining table. In addition to large windows providing plenty of light and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob. The house also has three full bathrooms:
- Bathroom A: en-suite bathroom (connected to Bedroom 1), with both a shower and bathtub, as well as a double washbasin. Located on the 2nd floor.
- Bathroom B: Located on the 2nd floor, in the middle between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, it has a bathtub, washbasin and a WC.
- Bathroom C: Located on the 1st floor, right next to Bedroom 4. It has a shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside, there are two terraces with lounge groups overlooking the mountains and sea. Furthermore, there is a large dinner table and an outside kitchen with a cooking top, fridge and a sink, as well as a barbecue area. The 4 x 8 meter swimming pool is surrounded with sun beds and palm trees. The property has free wifi and parking inside the property for three cars.

The entire garden, pool and all the terraces are private and for you to enjoy! However, the building to right is our garage and is closed (used for storage).

Within 100 meters from the house there are walking and mountain bike trails, with endless paths in the Mijas mountains. If you prefer road biking, the house’s location is also ideal, with easy access to the main routes to Coin/Ronda, etc. Shops, bar & amenities is only a 3 minute car drive away, while the beach (Higuerón Beach Club) is 5 minute car drive away. The close proximity to the highway, also makes the house ideal for golf enthusiasts, with the closest course only located a few kilometers away!

At the entrance of the gated community (a short walk from the house) there is a bus stop with buses passing by every 30 minutes:

The building to the left in the main house, while the building to the right is our garage which is closed. The entire garden, pool and all the terraces are private and for you to enjoy (the only thing you cannot do is enter the garage).
