Situated within a resort area approximately 4 km from the city centre, the villa enjoys a south-facing position surrounded by the tranquillity of the countryside, just 1 km from the edge of the forest and 850 m from the river. The property sits within a well-kept, fully fenced private garden of 600 m2, thoughtfully landscaped with wildlife-friendly planting and flowers, creating a serene and natural atmosphere throughout the outdoor spaces. A generously sized kidney-shaped heated swimming pool measuring 15 x 5 m, with a depth ranging from 150 to 160 cm, takes centre stage in the garden and is available seasonally from 15 May to 15 October, equipped with an alarm system for added safety. A dedicated pool house complete with a fridge, WC, and cooking stove further enhances the outdoor living experience. Guests also benefit from a private tennis court, ensuring active leisure is always within reach. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, keeping you seamlessly connected during your stay. Parking for up to 4 cars is conveniently provided on the premises, offering ease and practicality from the moment of arrival.

The expansive private garden of 600 m2, enclosed by fencing for complete privacy, is a beautifully maintained space featuring a rich variety of flowers and wildlife-friendly greenery that creates a natural and calming environment. The heated kidney-shaped swimming pool, measuring 15 x 5 m with a depth of 150 to 160 cm, is the focal point of the outdoor space and is serviced regularly by the owner and gardener, ensuring it remains in pristine condition throughout its seasonal availability from 15 May to 15 October. The pool is fitted with a security alarm system, providing peace of mind for all guests. Adjacent to the pool, a spacious terrace of 60 m2 offers ample room for outdoor dining and lounging, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, making it perfectly suited for warm evenings spent outdoors. The pool house, equipped with a fridge, a WC, and a cooking stove, provides excellent practical support for extended outdoor gatherings and poolside entertaining.

"La Villa du Soleil" is a beautifully appointed 9-room vacation rental spanning 250 square metres across 2 levels, with a south-facing orientation that ensures abundant natural light throughout the day. The villa accommodates a maximum capacity of 12 guests and features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to offer comfort and privacy for all occupants.

On the ground floor, the open dining room is equipped with a flat screen television and provides direct access to the terrace. The lounge area features an open-hearth fireplace and a flat screen television, also with exit to the terrace. A dedicated office space is available for guests requiring a quiet working environment. A living and sleeping room contains 1 double sofabed, a hand-basin, a separate WC, and a flat screen television, with access to the terrace, the loggia, and the swimming pool. An additional room on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a hand-basin, a shower, and a flat screen television, with direct exits to the terrace and the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table, a bar, a television with international channels on a flat screen, and access to the terrace. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. It is worth noting that the living room and bedroom area can be completely closed off independently without disturbing other guests, includes a toilet, and opens onto a second kitchen as well as the exterior of the property.

The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and comprises 4 additional bedrooms, all featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 150 to 200 cm. The first upper-floor bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat screen television. The remaining 2 rooms on this floor are each equipped with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a flat screen television. The upper floor is served by bathroom facilities that include both a bath with WC and a shower with WC, one of which features a hydromassage corner bath.

Magnifique maison, très spacieuses, identique au descriptif de l’annonce. Le quartier est très calme, résidentiel. La personne qui nous a accueilli, était très agréable, et arrangeante. Nous avons pu arriver plutôt et repartir plus tard… La piscine est très belle, l’extérieur est très bien aménagé pour les apéros et les repas. Les chambres sont confortables. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Le propriétaire est venu dès que nous avons eu un petit souci d’électricité. Il a été très réactif. Seul point négatif : la propreté qui n’était pas au top.
