"Villa Jeamic" is a charming 4-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 120 m2 of living space in an east-facing position and accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, a spacious and comfortably furnished living and dining room welcomes you with an open-hearth fireplace, intended for decorative purposes only, and a flat-screen television. The living area opens directly onto an east-facing terrace, inviting you to enjoy the surrounding countryside views. A separate, well-equipped kitchen also occupies the ground floor and provides access to a west-facing terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. The upper floor is accessed via an open staircase and houses all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed composed of 2 beds of 80 cm width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shared bathroom with bath, shower, and WC serves all 3 bedrooms on this floor.
