Welcome to your London home! This is also a home - not just a rental - where we keep some personal items and we have kept original furniture and decoration so we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.

Bedrooms:
Three exquisite bedrooms await, each designed for ultimate comfort. Revel in the tranquillity of meticulously appointed spaces, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploration.
- Master bedroom contains a super king bed and ensuite bathroom
- The 2nd bedroom has a double-sized bed and ensuite bathroom
- The 3rd bedroom has a single bed with an extra single bed underneath (ideal for children)
Outside & BBQ Area:
Unwind in the private outdoor bath, surrounded by lush surroundings that perfectly blend serenity and luxury. The BBQ area beckons for al fresco dining on the beautiful patio, creating memorable moments in a picturesque setting. A true Oasis in London!

The fully equipped kitchen stands as a testament to the highest standard of living. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer to dine out, this kitchen is a chef's dream.
Living Room:
The living room space is adorned with comfortable sofas and top-notch entertainment equipment, ensuring delightful moments with friends and family
There is a beautiful guest toilet that will make you dream of a ski day!
You will have access to all the rooms mentioned in the space description.
Please note that we have a camera by the front entrance. This is for security and insurance purposes. There are no other cameras inside the property
Ideal for families, colleagues, or friends. A short walk to the river and Vauxhall station (<5min walk) makes it ideal for exploring London.
This is a home and personal items are kept in it. We will ensure there is enough space inside the wardrobes/drawers/kitchen/fridge for your belongings and groceries but will ask you to respect the areas where we will store personal belongings. We also kindly request our guest to keep the decoration and equipment in their original place.

You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to an equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Clapham has the great benefit of having plenty of greenery while being close to some great transport links to get you into central London or you can stay closer to home and explore areas like Battersea and Chelsea. Popular with young affluent families for its laid-back, friendly, unfussy vibe, open green spaces and ever-growing foodie scene, Clapham offers you the opportunity to have a local, village-feel experience, away from the hordes of tourists.
The property is in an amazing location within a 5min walk from the buzzing High Street and only a 15-minute walk from the leafy Common
Clapham old town (by the common) is nice for restaurants and pubs. You will find all sorts of amenities (cafes, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc) within a short walk
Getting Around:
We recommend downloading the CITYMAPPER app to plan your journey. It is the best tool to navigate around London and it takes transport disruption into account. Use our postcode for more precise directions. Google Maps is also recommended.
Nearest transport:
- Underground: Clapham North (Northern line - 2min walk) and Stockwell (Northern and Victoria lines - 14min walk)
There are also many bus routes that can take you to different parts of London easily!
Other Things to Note:
We require our guests to observe our quiet hours (9pm to 9am) and not play music or be loud at the patio. Many of our neighbours have kids or work on the next day. Not observing this rule may result in an immediate termination of your rental.
Please note this is a home so we keep personal belongings although we ensure there is enough space for you to feel at home. We also kindly request our guest to respect and keep the decoration and equipment in their original place
Maximum number of guests: please note we can only accept up to 6 guests
ID Verification:
The main guest must provide a photo of an official ID prior to your arrival or at check-in (photo of ID to be taken alongside the keys we provide for your stay). This is a standard security measure based on past experiences. We need to confirm that you are the same person who made the reservation and who will be responsible for the keys and the property.
Check-In / Check-Out:
- Check-in: From 3 PM
- Check-out: By 11 AM
- Please contact us promptly if your arrival time changes. Same-day changes to check-in time may incur an additional fee if not communicated in advance
Late/Early Check-In & Late Check-Out are subject to availability and to be agreed in advance. We can only confirm within a few days prior to your arrival/departure date.
- Early check-in: we try to be as flexible as possible. We may agree to this when a self check-in is required or may be available for a fee.
- Free luggage drop-off: usually from 12pm but to be agreed in advance. Our team can provide the keys but we kindly request our guests to then leave so our housekeeper can do her job properly.
- Late check-in: please communicate in advance so we can confirm if it is possible. We cannot guarantee this is possible for last minute reservations. A fee may apply.
- Late check-out: please communicate in advance so we can confirm if it is possible or if we can keep your luggage for a few hours.
- Late check-out without prior agreement: £50/hour or fraction
Security Deposit:
We reserve the right to request a security deposit for direct reservations or via platforms (other than Airbnb). This is to be paid prior to your arrival date. The security deposit is refundable after your departure provided there is no damage to the property or its contents, loss of keys, or breach of our House Rules. We will reach out with any questions for potential claims and will confirm its total or partial return after we clean/inspect the property.
Sleeping Arrangements: please let us know how many guests and beds you require so we can prepare accordingly
- Infants are charged at £18/night. Airbnb or other platforms do not apply this automatically so we will send you a request to cover this cost. Please let us know if you require a baby cot so we can try to organise this.
- An extra bed (premium inflatable bed in the living room) is automatically offered for parties of our maximum number of guests, which is 6. It is also possible for smaller parties of 5 people who may want to sleep separately. This is to be agreed and paid for in advance. A one-off extra fee of £35 applies for setup and laundry service. Please note that for same-day reservations we may not be able to set up the extra bed (at least not for the first night).
Additional Charges: We reserve the right to charge fees for:
- Breach of our House Rules
- Complaints from neighbours
- Lost, unreturned, or damaged keys
- Excessive rubbish or cleaning required after departure
