Nestled in the heart of historic Dartmouth sits St Saviours Reach, a charming well appointed one-bedroom apartment with all the comforts of home.

This welcoming hideaway is perfect for two guests and features a spacious living area with views over the Boatfloat and convenient access to local amenities. From the stained glass front door ascend the stairs to the first floor level and into the welcoming living room, furnished with two large sofas, a cozy armchair ideal to snuggle up in and read the latest novel or watch the TV in front of the woodburning stove on those cooler evenings.

After a day of exploring, enjoy a home-cooked meal prepared with the excellent kitchen facilities provided along with a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. Prepare for your next adventure in the contemporary shower room before sinking into the super king-size bed for a restful night's sleep.

Parking

The car park pass provided is valid for Mayors Avenue Car Park, a 5-minute walk away. The permit does not guarantee a parking space, and it can get very busy during the summer and special events, and during Royal Regatta week the car park is closed. A parking permit is provided for the Mayors Avenue Car Park, which is a 5-minute walk away. Please note the Parking permits are now only valid in Mayors Avenue Car park between 3pm and 10am between 25th of May and 1st September. During this time guests would have to use the park and ride at the top of the town.

Lovely spacious apartment in the centre of Dartmouth. Large bed, perfect for a 4 night stay. We would definitely come back.

Excellent location

The property is one road away from the river and situated a short walk from some great restaurants and pubs. It is above a shop accessed by a side door, once in there are steps up to the apartment and so you will need to be physically mobile.

Long Weekend at St Saviours.

Location of property is excellent and being out of season we were very happy to have permit for central car park. Sadly we were disappointed on several counts: - the External door could do with clean/paint which is first impression as you arrive at the property. As we entered this outer door the hallway had a pile of old post behind it and the floor etc damaged & mucky. Whilst I appreciate this is a shared entranceway it is not very welcoming. - The rush rug in the lounge is stained and one gets a sense not really clean. Underneath the TV stand there was a pile of dust etc into the corner - The grouting in the shower is stained and there is a lot of black mould around the sealant which is really unpleasant. This needs to be stripped back and then kept clean. - Positively the apartment is light, spacious, linen of good quality, kitchen well stocked. Overall the apartment feels a bit soulless. Whilst this is a matter of taste, and I prefer a minimalist approach myself, it would benefit from a little more colour and perhaps building on the Dartmouth poster in the kitchen and showcase the local area with more of that style pictures/Devon crafts/soft furnishings etc which would enhance the very neutral decor. For example where are the artificial flowers from the website photos? Large fan from above bed, as in photos, was just lying on floor. These comments have been sent directly to Dart Cottages in the hope it will be taken into account for the owners to consider.
