Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Can't say anything Good.

Very little to say. Arrived and the code given for the lock box did not work. Attempted to reach out to the company, no response. Gave up and booked an alternate apartment. Spoke with VBRO conflict resolutions that evening, not much help. Very poor response time. Next Morning, tried to reach out to the rental company; again no response. Eventually heard back from VBRO resolutions department (days later). Was told the rental company would reach out to us shortly to discuss a refund. I've waited a decent amount of time for the rental company to reach out (3.5 months) and still no contact (e-mail or phone). VBRO conflict resolutions closed the case after informing me (by voicemail, which I could barely understand) the rental company would reach out. Consequently, they have not followed up at all. Ultimately very little support and no resolution other than the rental company walking away with all our money without even a phone call. Also, VBRO wasn't really any help either. Rent this one at your own risk and don't expect VBRO to help much either.
