You will love staying in this bright, spacious holiday home, located just 10-12 minutes walk to the beach and the heart of St Andrews. Great for large groups of family or friends, or as a base for golf.. Ground Floor:

Downstairs you have the choice of three double bedrooms (one of them with garden access and one with a fold-out sofa bed) and a good size bathroom with shower. Head upstairs to a further bedroom, with a kingsize bed, and a study/reading room. Along the landing, there is a modern bathroom with bath and over-bath shower. The rear garden is enclosed, not overlooked, and has a fantastic seating area where you can enjoy many meals al fresco.
Kilrymont is conveniently located to all the local attractions and just over a 15-minute stroll right into the heart of St Andrews. St. Andrews is full of history and culture. Famous for its golf and University, and bustling with shops and cafés at every turn. Not forgetting to mention its beautiful sandy beaches, Sea Life Centre, and medieval buildings all nearby. Great for exploring the many picturesque fishing villages and beaches of the East Neuk. This is a great destination! Beach 1 mile.
