The bathroom, modern and carefully designed, is equipped with every comfort. It includes a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with mirror and lighting ideal for make-up or personal care, and a washing machine to meet all your needs.



Living room

Furnished with a designer glass dining table, a high-quality sofa bed offers a practical solution for accommodating up to two additional guests while maintaining maximum comfort. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.



There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that since we are not a hotel, Italian law requires us to provide guests with any type of food, even just plain oil, salt and pepper, and since we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
