Villa Serena is an Italian Lakes villa with heated pool. The setting is peaceful and private. It has been tastefully furnished throughout by the owner who is an interior designer. The result is a contemporary and welcoming space. Outside, guests have a private swimming pool and tennis court to enjoy as well as plenty of activities to keep younger guests entertained.

The Space:
Inside, the accommodation in this Italian Lakes villa with heated pool is arranged over three floors. It has 6 bedrooms in total. Five of these are furnished with double beds and the final bedroom has two single beds. There is also a sofa bed downstairs allowing the property to sleep up to 13 if required. There are five bathrooms. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.

There is also an open plan living and dining area. This is furnished with dining table as well as a couple of large sofas and comfortable chairs. There is a fireplace for those staying in the cooler months of the year. Should guests need it, we have a portable air conditioning unit that can be used in this part of the villa. There is an additional living space in the basement of the house. This can be a great play area for children or a great space for teens to enjoy each other's company.

The kitchen is modern and contemporary and well equipped. It's the ideal space for keen amateur chefs but for those who prefer to put their feet up, we work with a number of superb professional chefs who we can organise to cook for you for an additional fee.

Outside, the villa is set in extensive grounds measuring 2 hectares. These grounds are perfect for anyone wishing to host an event or celebration at the property. A heated pool is set within the garden and enjoys views of the lake beyond. Plenty of loungers and seating is provided for lazy days poolside. For those who prefer a more active pace, there is also a tennis court. And for children, there is a fantastic play area. This includes swings, slides, trampoline and zipline.

For those who enjoy dining al fresco, there is a large terrace area furnished with both outdoor sofas and dining table and chairs. There is a BBQ.

The Neighborhood:
The property is nestled within an ancient hamlet which is characterised by charming historical buildings and churches. Its centre comes complete with all the amenities guests could want including shops, cafes, restaurants and a bank.

The lakeside is just a short drive from this Italian Lakes villa with heated pool. Laveno is a short 10 minute drive away. Here you can find a wide selection of shops and restaurants. Laveno also has excellent links to all the other towns and villages on the lake thanks to its ferry port.

It is also possible to walk to the lakeside in about 20 minutes. Here you will find a fantastic restaurant open during the Spring, Summer and early Autumn as well as a cafe and bar. For those with children there is a play area here too. And, of course, there is a beach with lake access. Please note that the walk is downhill from the villa to the lake but it's uphill all the way back!
