This charming two-bedroom villa is ideally situated near historic Pollensa Town, known for its delis, bars, and diverse restaurants, all just a five-minute drive away. Set in an expansive, fenced garden with stunning views of the Serra de Tramuntana, the villa features a bright, minimalist design that promotes relaxation.

The single-storey layout is perfect for couples or young families, providing a rural retreat while still being close to beaches at Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Viçente, both accessible within a 10-minute drive. For those seeking less-traveled paths, a short drive or bike ride to the picturesque Campanet Valley leads to charming villages like Selva, Caimari, and Búger, where you can enjoy local dining and a slower pace of life.

Layout
On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that leads out to the terrace. The living room features a Smart TV and a Bluetooth tower, while the kitchen is equipped with an oven, full hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for convenience. The master bedroom has a 180cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and WC; the bed is lower than average, measuring 37cm from the floor to the bed frame. The twin bedroom, with two 90cm beds, has an adjacent shower room and WC; these beds are also lower than average, at 30cm from the floor to the bed frame.
