This amazing 3 Bedroom Family Villa is located in Kapparis, a suburb of Protaras in the prestigious complex know as "Blue Water Bay Village" which makes this villa ideal for any family. Located just 5 minutes’ walk to the local sandy beaches.
A large private villa set up for family holidays with a large private pool and mature garden. Ideally located next to a lovely sandy beach and 2 min walk to shops, restaurants and bars - the perfect spot to relax with your family.
The ground floor consists of a open plan kitchen, a dinning area, a large living room and a guests bathroom.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor, a master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. All fitted with a double bed and fully airconditioned. There is also a family bathroom.
