Great location, lovely space

We loved staying next to the cathedral along constitution ave with shops galore. The bed was squeaky and not the most comfortable and the refrigerator had a loud motor/belt that whistled at night.

Really central location and spectacular view of the cathedral.

Really central location and spectacular view of the cathedral. The apartment is well equipped and the street noise is well muffled with a double window in the bedroom. The only negative thing is the very annoying smell of sewer that comes from the bathroom and that you can smell in the bedroom!!

The smell from the bathroom is horrific and made us physically sick. If you want to spend ALOT of money to sleep in a room that smells of raw sewerage, go right ahead.

We take guest comfort seriously, which is why we are disappointed to see this review. At no point during the stay did the guest notify us of any issue with the bathroom or the property. Had we been informed, we would have immediately investigated and addressed the concern, as we do with any reported issue. The property was inspected and prepared prior to arrival, and no sewage or odor problems were present before or after this stay. Unfortunately, without any communication during the visit, we were given no opportunity to resolve what is being claimed here.

The Good: Location, elevator access, air conditioning, balcony and view, safety, well equipped kitchen, response time, check it processThe Bad: Horrible sewer smell in the bathroom (accessed thru the bedroom) - which we complained about and they “fixed” by leaving us a solution to put down the drain ourselves that only kind-of worked, dirty floor, run-down decoration and furnishings, rushed check-in process, when asked for more toilet paper was told that they “normally don’t provide more,” small & tight bathroomOverall, it was unremarkable and we would not recommend this for the cost
