The Gables consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a sitting room with Smart TV, a study area with desk, piano, and treadmill. The bedrooms consist of a double and king-size, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and lawn, and off-road parking on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 0.3 miles, pub in 0.1 miles, and canal in 1.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels all inc. in rent. The Gables is a pleasant base for a Warwickshire getaway. Please note; This property only accepts a minimum of 3 night stays.
