We are delighted to welcome you in our modern apartment suitable for up to 5 guests, located on the ground floor of a prestigious newly built seafront residence with swimming pool. The residence is completely fenced, situated about 150 meters from the shopping center and separated from the beach by about 80 meters of lush Mediterranean forest. The beach is only few meters away and to reach the seaside you can walk along a brand new cycle/pedestrian path surrounded by greenery.

In the apartment you will find a nice living room with one double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer and a microwave, a bathroom with a shower box and hairdryer, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a lovely porch with a small private garden with pool view where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.

To ensure your the best comfort, the apartment is equipped with intercom, security door, tv-sat, central heating and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment.

Check in from 17:00 until 19:00. Check out from 08:00 until 09:00.

Beach service is always included in the price of your stay.
