Our EP9 Building, a charming 1930s residence, comprises 4 separate and unique apartments, located on 4 different levels.

This combination, called EP9 GUT, includes three apartments located on 3 different levels, all with access to a lovely rooftop terrace.

* All apartments have Wi-Fi.
* All apartments have access to the rooftop terrace.
* We provide necessary crockery and cutlery, as well as linen and towels.

Apartment details:

Apartment EP9G: Two-bedroom apartment located on the elevated ground floor (8 steps above street level). Sleeps 4 in queen-size beds (can also be set up as singles).

Apartment EP9U: Two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor (30 steps above street level). Sleeps 2 in a king-size double bed, 2 in a queen-size double bed, and 1 on a sofa bed in the living room.
Two full bathrooms; one is en suite.

Studio Apartment EP9T: Located on the rooftop terrace (8 steps when you enter the building, then 35 steps via an external metal staircase). Sleeps 2 in a dedicated queen-size double bed.

All apartments, except the rooftop studio, offer a flat-screen TV.
Apartment EP9U (1st floor) has a washing machine inside, and there is also a small washing machine available for shared use on the rooftop terrace.

Psirri (also spelled Psiri or Psyrri) is a lively and historic neighbourhood in central Athens, known for its unique blend of tradition and modern flair.
Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri still hosts some traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. Its streets are also famous for bold street art and neoclassical charm.

Ideally located just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct links to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri sits right next to Plaka, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Early check in or late check out
We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)

Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
