## Transit

The train station in Santa Comba Dão provides excellent connectivity to major cities such as Coimbra and Viseu, making regional travel convenient. For shorter trips, local and regional buses operate within the area and to nearby towns, offering an affordable way to get around. Taxis are also available in town, providing a flexible option for both local and regional travel if you prefer private transportation. However, if you plan to explore the picturesque countryside and more remote areas, renting a car is highly recommended, as public transport options can be limited in these regions.
