7 person holiday home in Harboøre-By Traum

In the first row of dunes, where sand, wind and sea meet, this special house is located on an impressive natural plot of 20,000 m² – just approx. 200 meters from the eternal roar of the North Sea. The house has a vivid history as a former coastguard residence and has over time been a central focal point for both shipwrecks, salvage and saving human lives along the coast. The house has been renovated with respect for its past and appears in a retro style that takes you back to the 1960s and 1970s. Here you will find a kitchen and bathroom in authentic seventies style as well as interior design with teak furniture that emphasizes the timeless charm of the house. In the old barn building there is a spacious unheated and uninsulated activity room, where both children and adults can gather around table tennis, electronic darts, pool and air hockey. In the living room you can relax with smart TV, international channels and internet, and there is the possibility to stream your own TV services. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, separate freezer, refrigerator and coffee maker. The house has a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also a guest toilet with sink. The house has good garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. In the nearby station town of Harboøre, there is free access to the Harboøre Center, which offers many activities. Inside there is fitness, badminton, squash, table tennis, air hockey and more. Outdoors there is access to a 13,500 m2 activity area with trampolines, a skate park, BMX and MTB tracks, disc golf, paddle, shelters and obstacle courses. The port town of Thyborøn has several attractions, e.g. Sea War Museum, Secrets of the Sea, Jutland Aquarium and Snail House as well as restaurants. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
