- A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
In accordance with municipal legislation applicable since 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay cash on check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.
Obs:
- The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.
- The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use.
Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Electricity and water included in each 30-day booking, depending on the type of accommodation: T2: 250 Kwhs and 14 m3.
If the surplus is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount from the deposit.
