Our apartment, 75 sq.m., is located on a raised ground floor and offers:
2 comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
A spacious living room with two sofa beds, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV.
A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary utensils.
A bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and hairdryer.
Two verandas, one in front of the living room and kitchen, and one in the double bedroom, with a beautiful sea view.

The entire property is surrounded by a beautiful courtyard, with a large front yard full of trees and barbecue facilities, ideal for moments of relaxation and fun.
We are located just 50 meters from the picturesque Petriti harbor and its beautiful beaches, offering easy access to restaurants, cafes, and local activities. Mini markets are within very close proximity.
