Villa Montana - Impressive garden

Villa Montana is located in a peaceful residential area called La Font, situated along the road connecting Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.



The Space:

This charming villa nestled on the slopes of the Serra del Norte mountain range, surrounded by old oak, almond, and olive trees, creating an oasis for a traditional Mallorcan holiday experience.



The villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Upon entering, you’ll find a comfortable lounge area equipped with sofas and a large flat-screen SMART TV, providing access to your Netflix and Amazon accounts.



There is a separate dining room with a spacious table for 8, filled with natural light and direct access to the BBQ and garden. Leading from the dining area is a fully fitted kitchen, well-equipped for your self-catering holiday.



On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with walk-in showers. One bathroom is ensuite, while the other serves as a family bathroom.



The upstairs area, accessible by a round staircase with a handrail and a stairgate at both the top and bottom, features a quiet sitting space with comfortable seating and a traditional-style coffee table. There are 2 bedrooms on this level, each with ensuite bathrooms that include walk-in showers. Additionally, a large exterior terrace offers a perfect spot to watch the sun set.



Outside, there is ample space with an exterior table and chairs for dining, along with direct access to the BBQ and kitchen. The large pool is surrounded by sunbeds and a covered seating area. A lawned area with natural shade provides an ideal spot for children to play or for adults to enjoy a quiet siesta in the shade.



Villa Montana is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, WiFi throughout the house, and a table tennis table for your enjoyment.



Please note that there is a fully refundable security deposit of £ 500, subject to no damage caused.



Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
