The interiors consist of a spacious living room with sofa bed, armchairs and dining room, kitchenette, 3 bedrooms of which one is double, 1 twin with single beds, 1 triple with three single beds (one of which is a rollaway), and 2 bathrooms.
Airconditioning is located in the hallway that connects all rooms.

Casa di via Manzoni is located in the street of the same name, in the center of Casarano, in a quiet and suburban area, from which you can reach the historic center on foot. All the main services are present in the town.
Casarano is located in the heart of Salento, a privileged position that allows you to go to the discovery of all the most beautiful places in the hinterland, and the most beautiful seaside resorts both on the Ionian coast and on the Adriatic side.
The beaches of Torre Vado and Lido Marini can be reached in 15 minutes by car, as well as all the most beautiful attractions of Gallipoli and Ugento.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 5pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the corridor.
- The second bathroom has no shower and bidet.
