This charming wooden house is set in a peaceful and private location, offering a spacious and practical layout. Thoughtfully furnished with modern décor and up-to-date kitchen appliances, it provides a comfortable and stylish retreat.

At the heart of the home is a bright and airy living area featuring a plush sofa for relaxing, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and cutlery.

The house offers four generous bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and three with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and direct access to an outdoor shower. For your comfort, all beds are made with hotel-quality linens.

Step outside to unwind in the outdoor lounge, where you’ll find a nice jacuzzi, the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or a round of golf, especially as the sun sets on a summer evening.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the surrounding outdoors.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Located on the outskirts of Portimão, this property offers a prime location for exploring some of the Algarve’s most iconic attractions. Just a 10-minute drive away is Alvor Beach, famous for its golden sands and crystal-clear waters, perfect for relaxing or enjoying water sports. Nearby, the Alvor Estuary features wooden walkways that are ideal for birdwatching and peaceful strolls. Culture enthusiasts will appreciate the Portimão Museum, which offers a fascinating look into the local history and the region’s traditional canning industry.

The best way to reach the property is by car/uber/taxi.

The Faro International Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
