This villa is an stylish 3 bedroom villa situated in the area of Tersanas near Chania. The villa is built on two levels with the ground floor having a spacious bedroom with a separate entrance offering its visitors privacy and autonomy.
The villa s light and relaxing colors in furniture and textiles, combined with the amenities that all guests seek for and the beautiful views are the key elements of a unforgettable and enjoyable holiday in one of the most beautiful areas in Crete.
The property is built on two levels. On the ground floor is a 50sqm large bedroom with a double king size bed, a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom with a shower, a sofa bed, a coffee table and a free standing wardrobe.
This room has a separate entrance in order to offer its guests privacy and autonomy. On the upper level there is a fully fitted kitchen, a shaded area outside the kitchen with a dining table, the living room with the indoor dining table and two more bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed that can turn to twins, ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the pool area.
It has has a 40sqm private pool with sun beds, an outdoor dining table, and a portable BBQ. Tall cactus and local herbs and trees as well as a parcel of land planted with grass complete the outdoor area and make it beautiful.
Finally there is a private parking space for two cars.
