Located within a fully renovated 1930s property, this apartment offers a unique and inviting ambiance. Our thoughtfully equipped apartment provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stay cool during the warm summer months with air conditioning, and enjoy the convenience of amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and unwind in the evening with your favorite shows on the TVs available in the apartment. For those in need of a workspace, an office area is also provided.

During your stay, you will have access to various amenities, including the pool. However, we kindly ask that you comply with the health and safety measures in place. Before using the pool, we require guests to shower at the available shower outlet. Please note that drinking or partying by the pool is not permitted, as we are located in a residential area. We kindly request that you respect the tranquility of the surroundings and refrain from making excessive noise.

Please be aware that the use of the pool is at your own liability. We will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur. As there is no lifeguard on duty, swimming is at your own risk. We strongly advise all guests to exercise caution and take appropriate safety measures when using the pool.

Although our pool is a mere 130 cm in depth, for the safety or all, NON SWIMMER's and Children that are under the age of 13 years old are not permitted.

Visitors can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and beach activities while taking in the stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Beach bars like Verikoko, Ormos to lo, Glaros, and Oz Bay offer drinks and snacks.

Local Cuisine: Visitors can enjoy fresh seafood and other traditional Greek dishes in nearby shipping villages like Daskalopetra, Patoukios, Lagkada, and Kardamila

Kardamila is another nearby town renowned for its maritime influence and beautiful beaches like Nagkos

Regarding parking, guests should keep in mind:
Parking is available in the town, but it can be limited during peak tourist season.
During the annual Rouketopolemos festiva & summerl, parking may be more difficult due to the influx of visitors.
It's important to be aware of the surroundings during the festival, as thousands of homemade rockets are fired towards each other while services are held.
The festival has been celebrated by the churches of Agios Markos and Panagia Erithiani for at least 125 years, its exact origins a mystery.
Overall, guests should plan ahead and be prepared for limited parking options during peak tourist season and during the annual Rouketopolemos festival. Walking, cycling, and using public transportation are great options to explore the town and the island of Chios.

Dog-Friendly Note:
We want to inform you that our friendly Chihuahua is a part of our household. She spends most of her time inside our house and is generally quiet. However, on occasion, she may venture downstairs to the pool area. We kindly ask our guests to be aware of her presence and to be mindful when enjoying the shared spaces.

As she is a little shy, your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful environment for her and all guests is greatly appreciated.
🏊‍♂️ Pool Use & Liability Waiver
To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, use of the pool is only permitted after signing a liability waiver. By signing, guests agree to the following:

*Children under 13 are not allowed in the pool unless supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

*All pool use is at your own risk. The owner is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur.

*No lifeguard or first aid services are provided. Guests must exercise personal responsibility and caution.

*Cleanliness is essential – please use the outdoor shower before entering the pool.

*Running, alcohol, or drug use is strictly prohibited in the pool area.

*Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. No use is allowed outside these times.

*Local Laws require we maintain a policy of quiet hour for surrounding neighbours between 2pm and 5pm, daily.

Guests who have not signed the Rental Agreement with the POOL WAIVER are not permitted to use the pool under any circumstances.
