Convenient self check-in is available from 3:00 PM, with keys collected at a nearby shop. The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), perfect for remote work or streaming.

Property Overview:
This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is family-friendly, including children and infants. It spans 45 square meters and is located on the 4th floor of a secure building with elevator access. Guests enjoy fast and free Wi-Fi, a combination washer and dryer, a Smart TV, and other convenient amenities. The nearest Metro station is École Militaire (Line 8), and the apartment is situated in the central and safe Eiffel Tower area.

When inquiring or booking, please provide details about yourself and your travel companions. Share what brings you to Paris and confirm that you’ve read and agree to respect the flat’s strict policies. A fully refundable €800 damage deposit will be required to cover any damages, rule violations, or loss of keys.

Property Details:
This 45-square-meter apartment features a versatile living, dining, and home office area furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, dining table, and chairs. High-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) is available, making it suitable for remote work and video calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, oven, drip coffee machine, dishwasher, and more. Complete sets of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and utensils are provided. The apartment also includes a combination washing and drying machine, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom for your convenience.

The bedroom faces the quiet interior courtyard and is furnished with a queen-size bed and a high-quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, and towels are provided for all guests.

The en-suite shower room features a walk-in shower and sink, while the toilet is located in a separate water closet near the entrance. Complimentary toiletries, including toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap, are provided to start your stay.

The apartment is heated during the winter months, and portable fans are available for warmer weather. Note that there is no air conditioning.

Important Information and Policies:
- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00 PM, subject to availability and advance scheduling (at least 24 hours before arrival). The host reserves the right to decline late check-ins if requirements are not met.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Damage deposit: €800 (fully refundable, subject to terms).
- Smoking, pets, parties, events, and photoshoots are strictly prohibited.
- The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, including children and infants.
- The main booker must be at least 25 years old. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
- A noise monitoring device is installed near the entrance for security and to ensure a peaceful stay. This device does not monitor sleeping areas or bathrooms.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for necessary purposes, such as inspection, maintenance, or showings to potential renters. Entry will be with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Property viewings are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

House Rules and Policies

ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared.

Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to €800.

Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.

Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.

Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to €800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: €50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; €90 after 10:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of €200 for keys and €300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.

Mail and Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.

Maintenance Requests: We work with the property management team to address maintenance issues. Non-urgent issues (e.g., blinds, curtains) will be addressed after any emergency needs.

No Pets Allowed: Please refer to the pet policy for further details.

No Parties: A strict no-party policy is enforced. Violations (parties, gatherings, or unapproved guests) will incur a fine of up to €10,000.

Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please respect quiet hours by limiting noise, refraining from wearing shoes inside, and avoiding loud activities.

Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and in any building common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these house rules.
