Welcome to this beautiful flat in the Pueblo Marinero Urbanisation, ideal for 4 guests and located just 5 minutes drive from La Barrosa beach.
The urbanisation's facilities include a garden area where you can stroll or relax in the sun next to the shared chlorine swimming pool. It measures 26x13m and has a depth of between 1m and 1.8m. For the little ones there is a children's pool measuring 7m x 7m and a constant depth of 0.70m. There is also an outdoor shower. Once in the house, you will be able to enjoy a furnished porch, perfect to have a drink with your companions. Being located in an urbanization, the house has direct neighbours.

The interior has all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. The living-dining room is equipped with Smart TV and for the hottest days there are two fans. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably during your holiday. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with shower. Please note that we do not offer a cot or high chair.

The urbanisation is located in the village of Sancti Petri, only 4 minutes from the beach. The beach of Sancti Petri is a natural treasure. With its fine golden sand, calm waters and spectacular views, it offers the perfect environment to enjoy the sun, practice water sports and relax in a paradisiacal atmosphere. The area has the basic services for your stay and you can find a wider offer in Chiclana de la Frontera, which is about 7 km away.

The swimming pools are open from 15 June to 15 September from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 to 21:00.
