Unwind and enjoy quality time with your loved ones at this peaceful and newly refurbished (June 2023) 80 m² family apartment. Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, this ground-floor home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood — just about 10-minute walk to the sea, 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket, and about 15 minutes on foot to the city center.
Surrounded by greenery, the immediate neighborhood offers free parking (not reserved), a children’s playground, football and basketball courts — making it a great choice for families. Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, a welcoming living area, and modern comforts including three A/C units (in each bedroom and the living room), ensuring year-round comfort. Please note, A/C units will only operate when windows and balcony doors are closed.
Families with children of all ages are welcome, and, upon request, we provide a baby cot, feeding chair and other kids' accessories free of charge.
Guest Access:
The building has entrances on both sides. One side includes a few steps down, while the other has a few steps up. Free parking is available on both sides of the building (unreserved).
