Colmer Farmhouse is a 15th century house sleeping six in comfort The farmhouse has many old features, oak beams, flagstone floors, inglenook fireplace with a bread oven. There is a kitchen with AGA, fridge, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher.There is a separate dinning room next to the kitchen. The sitting room has an inglenook fire place, wood burning stove, television and ample sofas and easy chairs,etc.Upstairs there are three large bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, we have a bathroom downstairs with a bath and over head shower and toilet, and a shower upstairs with loo etc.
Please note you supply your own linen, Bottom sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, and towels, these can be supplied but would incur a charge to a maximum of ÂŁ45 for a full house payable on arrival, do let me know in advance if you require linen.
Colmer sits at the top of the Marshwood vale and from the top of the drive there are stunning views across to the sea of Lyme bay. There are long or short walks in the immediate area. From Colmer it is an easy stroll to the local pup for good food and beer. In this area there are ample places to eat and drink just a short drive away, or pop to the coast for fish and chips.
The area of Lyme Regis.Lyme is an old fishing town full of character with plenty of things to do and see. Further along the coast you have the unspoilt fishing village of Beer . There is also the famous jurassic coastline which is only 10 minutes away, plenty to do wind, rain or shine.
