THE SPACES
Located in the municipality of Tavernola Bergamasca, overlooking the Bergamo side of Lake Iseo, right in front of Montisola, the three-room Gioia del Verde apartment is situated in a small building in the part of the village that begins to climb the hill behind it. It is an attic room, with a sloping roof and exposed beams, which enjoys good height even at the lowest part and gets light from dormers and windows.
Furnished with traditional wooden furniture, the Gioia del Verde vacation home offers 100m2 of floor space and is preceded outside by a large terrace with a table, umbrella and chairs where you can have breakfast or lunch while admiring the lake peeking through the rooftops.
Once inside you are greeted by a large room that serves as an entrance and living room and where you will find a capacious dining table, sofa (convertible into a double bed to provide two additional beds) and television.
A door leads from here to the excellently equipped eat-in kitchen with what you need (stove, sink, oven and microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer) and equipped with a second table on which to dine or use as a countertop.
Proceeding instead from the living room to the left are the bathroom and bedrooms. The bath, in blue ceramic tile, is complete with a sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub. The washing machine is located in a separate storage room.
The first, smaller room has a single bed with a desk. The second one, on the other hand, is larger and has a double bed, as well as a dresser with a mirror and a large closet.
