The Space:

Villa Seadrift is a spacious and comfortable holiday home for 10 guests, ideally located in De Haan. The house is within walking distance of the beach and right next to the beautiful ‘Duinbossen’ nature area – perfect for those who love tranquillity, nature, and the sea.



Upon arrival, you enter the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, and more. A large dining table allows for cosy meals with family or friends. The kitchen gives direct access to multiple terraces, including a covered one with garden furniture and views of the greenery.



On the ground floor, there is also a spacious living room with a large sofa where everyone can relax comfortably. Large windows flood the room with natural light.



Upstairs, you'll find 5 bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The rooms are arranged as follows: 2 bedrooms with double beds (one with a private shower and sink), 1 bedroom with two single beds, and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. All beds are made up on arrival for extra comfort.



The separate bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, and sink. High-quality towels are provided.



During your stay, you can enjoy two terraces with garden views, both equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. Private outdoor parking is available for multiple cars.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation.
