A delightfully spacious 3 bedroomed character holiday home, offering comfortable accommodation ideal for year-round family holidays or a cosy retreat for a couple. The property is an end terrace with enclosed back garden with garden furniture, with delightful panoramic views over the garden towards the Camel Estuary, Rock, Porthilly Cove and beyond to Bodmin Moor.
The ideal base for your holiday in Padstow just 500 metres from Padstow harbour and all it has to offer and many popular sandy and surfing beaches are within easy reach.
There is parking space for one car, adjacent to the garden.
Equipment Provided - Travel cot and high chair available on request ahead of arrival (no charge). Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.

Standard peak week changeover day is FRIDAY
Entrance Porch
Front door leads to spacious Hallway with stairs to first floor bedrooms and Bathroom.
At Ground floor level
Comfortable Living Room with window to front elevation. Comfortable seating with large sofa and 3 additional chairs, coffee table, decorative fireplace with slate hearth, Smart TV.
Spacious and light Dining Room with contemporary dining table & chairs for 8, sideboard and Marshall Bluetooth speaker, comfortable chair and side table. Window overlooking the rear garden. Cupboard housing boiler, vacuum cleaner, mop, brushes, iron and ironing board and airer.
Well-equipped Kitchen with far reaching views over the estuary. Fully equipped with all that may be required for a self catering stay, including 4 slice Toaster, Kettle and microwave Grind coffee maker. Dishwasher and washing machine. Gas hob and electric oven.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the rear porch with additional storage and back door providing access to the garden and parking space.
Stairs lead to First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double room with king size bed, free standing hanging organiser, bedside tables with lamps and views over the estuary.
Bedroom 2: Spacious bedroom with Super king double bed or 3' Twin beds with free standing hanging organiser, drawer storage, hairdryer, bedside tables with lamps, comfortable chair and waste basket, with views to the front of the property.
Please indicate bed configuration requirements for Bedroom 2 at the time of booking.
Bedroom 3: Also at the front of the property, with triple bed - double bed and single bed over, bedside table with lamp
Contemporary Bathroom with Bath, wash hand basin, bath, toilet and separate large shower cubicle.
Separate Toilet and wash hand basin.
Rear Garden with patio area, outside dining area with table and chairs and enclosed lawned garden.
Parking for one Vehicle to the rear.
Damage Deposit - Please note: There is a refundable deposit of £100 due prior to commencement of stay.
Bedding - Bedlinen and towels are provided - please bring your own beach towels.
