Step into your own private entrance and head up a short flight of 15 steps to the first floor, where you’ll find a bright open-plan living area. This inviting space includes a dining table for six, a comfortable lounge with TV, and a well-equipped kitchen — perfect for shared meals and relaxing evenings.
From here, you’ll access the first double bedroom, complete with storage and a dedicated desk area — ideal for working during your stay.

BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a `pack and play`) and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.

*Please remove your shoes inside the property
*Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed beforehand

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
