The activity room includes both billiards and table tennis, while the wellness area invites relaxation with an indoor spa and sauna. Outside, you can enjoy the warm hot tub and unwind in the scenic surroundings. The summer house is located close to Ebeltoft’s charming historic town. The property sits on a natural slope, adding extra charm, though it may be challenging for those with mobility difficulties. This home is designed for relaxation and togetherness – perfect for a holiday full of memorable experiences. Please note that the house is not rented to youth or workman groups. Please note: The photos shown are demo images, as the house is still under construction, so the finished house and outdoor areas may differ from the demo pictures.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
