📌 Registered Guests: Only guests listed in the reservation may stay. Hosting unregistered visitors is not permitted and may incur a €150 fee.

📌 Smoking: In & outdoors prohibited (€500 fine). Outdoor e-cigarettes are allowed.

📌Pets: Not permitted. Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.

💎 Security Deposit: €1,500 refundable within 15 days (usually sooner) following inspection. Check-in instructions provided once deposit is received.
