Designed with mature travellers in mind, the space blends quiet sophistication with every modern amenity. The flight path is nearby, but planes pass at a gentle distance; most of the day is marked by peaceful light and silence—perfect for writing, reading, or simply resting.
Outside, the city unfolds with unmatched convenience: four metro lines, gourmet groceries, charming cafés, acclaimed restaurants, and the cultural richness of El Corte Inglés and the Gulbenkian complex.
In late spring, the adjoining Avenida 5 de Outubro transforms into a boulevard of jacaranda blossoms, a vibrant purple canopy that feels almost cinematic as you step out for a morning coffee.
A discreet, comfortable, and effortlessly elegant base for guests who value serenity and beauty.
Access to the accommodation involves climbing stairs, although the building has an elevator available.

The neighborhood is characterized by its imposing architecture, wide streets, and a calm and safe atmosphere, ideal for those seeking the comfort of a top residential area with immediate access to the heart of the city. The energy here is cosmopolitan, with a wide range of gourmet restaurants, historic cafés, and high-quality shops, ensuring that all your needs are met just steps away.
You will be a short walk from major cultural and leisure landmarks. The iconic Campo Pequeno, with its historic arena and shopping center, is a hub for entertainment and events. Further south, the gardens of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation are an oasis of art and tranquility, inviting visits to its internationally renowned museums. The location benefits from exceptional connectivity, with the Saldanha metro station (Yellow and Red lines) and other bus stops nearby, allowing you to reach Baixa, Chiado, or the Airport in a few minutes, making exploring the capital incredibly smooth.
Beyond the convenience of Lisbon, the location offers an open door for your getaways. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
