Fantastic 180 m² villa for up to 8 guests, featuring a private outdoor pool and a large fenced garden with sun loungers and a barbecue. The villa offers a spacious living room with flat-screen satellite TV, a comfortable sofa, and a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and oven. There are three bathrooms: one on the first floor with a hydro-massage shower and hairdryer, one on the ground floor with a shower, and a third accessible from the terrace with a shower and washing machine. Two double bedrooms are on the first floor (one with a sofa bed, the other with a terrace) and a third double bedroom is on the ground floor with space for an extra bed. The terrace by the pool has sun loungers and an umbrella, and private parking is available. The fully fenced garden covers 1,700 m².
