Bournecoast are delighted to offer LILYPAD, a perfectly formed, modern, second floor holiday apartment which has two double sized bedrooms. It boasts a spacious and light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, complemented by corner windows that offer lovely views across the town. Ideally located in the heart of Poole, the apartment is just a couple of minutes from excellent restaurants and bars, a five-minute walk to the main shopping area and only a few minutes stroll to the historic Poole Quay.
THE APARTMENT:
The apartment offers two tastefully furnished bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a King Size Bed and includes a SMART TV, while the second bedroom is fitted with a comfortable Double Bed.
There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has also been tastefully furnished, the lounge is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and DVD - FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is fitted with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.
This accommodation has a modern bathroom which includes a bath with a shower facility and a toilet.
Parking is included via a permit for one car, the permit allows use of the adjacent Quay visitors multi-storey car park. Please note the maximum vehicle height accepted in the car park is 1.90m (6ft 2in).

For last minute bookings made within 7 days of arrival, or for international guests, keys will need to be collected from the Bournecoast office, which is approximately a 30 minute drive from the property.
